Everything was GOOD, peaceful location in the center, the staff were amicable. The rooms were neat as for me, for the sofa.

The location was magnificent - the hotel looked clean. Lots of outstanding food, we loved it. The staff was consistently courteous and incredible and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. The service was great with a smooth check-in.

Convenient location right in the center, and the staff were really nice. it was a great stay, though a couple of employees could have been friendlier. Loved having rooms with a comfy couch to relax on after a long day 😊.

The furniture was very old an worn like it can from the trash or a yard sale.. The pillows were the worst very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was nice and hot with fresh fruits and a really nice pancake to choose from. The staff were respectful and efficient. The hotel offers free wake-up calls and ironing services.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing, with a great pancake making machine. The location is excellent, surrounded by local eateries and near the borders of Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Portsmouth.

Our room was not cleaned so we were stuck with a pile of dirty towels and garbage overflowing. The hot tub was enjoyable the first night, then the second day it was freezing. When we brought it to the attention of the person at the desk, he was a bit condescending and wasn't really listening to what we had to say.

Had a very comfortable stay for a vacation with excellent staff and an excellent location near local eateries. the room was neat and recently refurbished, with a bright bathroom. the bed was extremely comfy and the room included a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. the breakfast was good and hot, and check-in was easy. Everything was simply beautiful.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool... pool was out of order. There was ants in the hallway. The service desk attendant was not pleasant.
